A house with history

Ca la Florinda, is a house of the late eighteenth century, is situated in the center of Bellvei del Peneds, in the region of the Baix Peneds, 60 Km. to Barcelona, 30 Km. to Tarragona and five minutes from the beach. With the accreditation of THREE GOLDEN SPIKES, more comfort and the ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY BADGE. The house is completely restored and there are 4 double rooms and one quadruple room which are completely equipped at your disposal. Additionally, you can find a big terrace, a solarium, a leisure room, a TV room, a kitchen and a dining-room and much more things you are invited to discover having a glass of champagne or wine. . .

On the ground floor, we can find the wine cellar of the old days, now turned into a country museum and a cistern; the reception area, the recreation room, the TV room, communal bathroom, warehouse and a garage.

On the first floor, there are the kitchen, the dining-room, the terrace pool, two double rooms and the quadruple room.

Room 5, Moscatell, is on the first floor. It is a cozy double room has direct exit to the terrace where the barbecue. Very sunny and quiet.

Room 4, Ull de llebre, is the heart of the house on the first floor. It is a quadruple room with much space, a matrimonial bed and a further bed for two people. A balcony is available with views to the street. It is decorated in pastel tones which transmit peace and harmony.)

Room 3, Parellada, is on the first floor and is a very bright double room. The balcony provides views to the most centric street of the village where you can how it develops everyday life of a small town.

On the second floor

On the second floor, we can find the solarium, two double rooms, one with access to the solarium, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the village and its surroundings.

Room 2, Macabeu, is on the second floor. Formerly the loft of the house. It is a double room, especially romantic due to its blue color, very intimate gathering, with access to solarium.

Room 1, Xarello, is the highest part of the house, on the second floor. It is a matrimonial room. There are big windows which have direct access to the solarium. Xarello is an ideal place to be quiet and to enjoy a panoramic view of the village and its surroundings. Besides being a place for sunbathing or watching the stars.

Each room is named after a grape variety from Peneds. The decor and furnishings of each one is designed to enjoy a cozy, quiet and personal. All overlook the pool with a balcony or terrace.All come with air conditioning, bathroom, hairdryer, TV DTT wifi and wifi.
