FLT(Functional Literacy Test) A&E Test (Accreditation & Equivalency Test) - for the elementaryequivalent & for the HSequivalent levels

FUNCTIONAL LITERACY
Operational definition: A functional literate person is one who can:
communicate effectively solve problems scientifically, creatively, and think critically, use resources sustainably and be productive develop oneself and a sense of community and expand ones world view.
