The picture shows the BIM table for one test site, showing C/I measurements with SPC 181. This way we can show that the BBI is working.
The BIM is based on the DL signal level measurements that the MSs have reported for the serving and the neighbor DFCA cells. It is long-term statistical data that gives a general cell-level view on how the MSs typically experience the signal level ratio between the serving cell and a neighbor cell. The C/I Ratio means that if the source and this interfering cell were to have the same frequency allocated on the same timeslot, then they the co-channel C/I would be the shown. The higher the C/I ratio in the table, the less is the potential for interference between the two cells.
