Cooling
The inventor of Kit Kat was a man by the name of George Harris In 1933 he married into the confectionary bussiness and 5 years later had created Kit Kat. It takes around 10 days to make a Kit Kat. First, the batter for the wafer buscuit is mixed, and cooked in giant ovens. The wafer is then mixed with the cream filling and placed in a cooling chamber, where it is matured for sevral days.
The wafers get cut to size and put into books and deposited into moulds. Next, the moulds pass through an enrobing machine to coat the top of the wafers with chocolate. They cool, unmoulded and finally wrapped in the KIT KAT wrapper. Then are sent to the shops to be sold
