Sacrament of Reconciliation

Those who approach the Sacrament of Penance obtain pardon from Gods mercy for the offense committed against him, and are at the same time, reconciled with the Church which they have wounded by their sins and which by charity, by example and prayer labors for their conversion.
Sacrament of Reconciliation
Biblical Foundations 1. Mt. 16:19 = Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. 2. 1 Cor. 5: 4-5 = reconciliation was to be done by the power of the risen Lord and when the community was gathered together.
