This is a study, to analyze the customers satisfaction about SDT. So


this study will give some valuable insides about satisfaction level among the customers.

This study can be used for the concern to have an idea about the
customer satisfaction area with a view to focus on customer satisfaction in the future too.

It helps to find out problem relating to customers satisfaction. It will help the manufacturer to wider their market to other districts also

To measure the quality of the customer service. To study the effectiveness of the customer service at SDT. To suggest measures the satisfaction level and dissatisfaction level. To study the customers attitude towards SDT product/ service delivery. To identify the satisfaction level of the customers.

Sample size is limited to respondent in virudhunager city which


categories 108 customers the sample may not adequately represent the national market..

Due to time constraint convenient sampling technique is used.


Some respondents gave negative impact for the question. The time period was limited. As the information is collected from the customer. It is valued for certain period of time.

As quality plays a vital role in selling our Products necessary steps should be taken to increase the quality.

Only few are preferring other Products special scheme, advertisement may be introduced.

As customer giving importance for brand image, company has to concentrate in it.

As respondent giving importance for service and quality the company should adapt necessary steps to increase it.

For any organization to survive in the competitive


world it is important to identify and satisfy the needs of the customer. As this is an industrial product the concern has to concentrate more to succeed.

SDT to promote their products by creating awareness and to add promotional measures to increase the sales.
