Pressure from outside. can make us feel tense inside. Unavoidable fact of life. affects everybody.

sudden or disagreeable change

Effect of Stress
Anxiety

and depression. Easily result in even chronic diseases. Mental problems that effect family life and work as well.

Ways to Overcome Stress


Keep tension within reasonable limits. Can see your doctor. Have a regular bonding time with your peers. Having regular exercise. A healthy diet. Take break frequently.

Conclusion
Causes of such stress should be identified at its roots and eliminated as soon as possible. Just avoid being lazy all the time saying that you are on too much stress!
