What is service?
A service is any act or performance that one party can offer to another that is essentially intangible and does not result in the ownership of anything.

Service marketing mix

People - An essential ingredient to any service provision is the use of appropriate staff and people. The company hire and train staffs that would represent their company to the market. In case of service marketing, people can make or break an organization.

Process - Refers to the systems used to assist the organization in delivering the service.
Process is something related to: How do people consume services?
What processes do they have to go through to acquire the services?
