The Need for Discipline


Definitions of Discipline
To train by instruction and exercise; drill. To bring to a state of order and obedience by training and control. To punish or penalize in order to train and control; correct; chastise. Obedience to authority

Rules and Regulations


Every organisation needs Rules and Regulations to function appropriately
Rules a principle to which a action should conform
Can be written or adopted codes of conduct

Regulations a direction given by someone in authority

U.P.Ss maintain Social order due to their efficiency, reliability and dedication to enforce the laws of the land. Social disorder lead to Anarchy, but what is anarchy ?????
