registration appointed under sec.8 and includes any Additional, Joint, Deputy or Assistant director general of investigation and registration appointed under sec.8 Under 2(g) of Competition Act Means the director general appointed under subsection (1) of section 16 and includes Additional, Joint, Deputy or Assistant director general appointed under that section

Section 16 Of The Competition Act, 2002 Deals With
