Introducing the concept of Fit-To-Work among the associates of the corporate houses. Breaking primitive approach pertaining to exhaustive work hours, especially in Service oriented IT enterprises. Behavioral transformations among increasingly symptomatic(and as a result approaching unproductively) IT population. Inventing novel ways to make work fun. Identify the loopholes in the current working environment and implement measures to overcome them.

Increase priority of maintaining a healthy lifestyle while simultaneously improving employee performance. Decreasing substance abuse among the associates through different pathways. Developing an ecosystem conducive to aspiring business targets. Making an associate cognizant of the different ways in which he can boost his output.

Decreasing financial overheads incurred on the organization due to employee health maintenance. Achievement of the desired balanced state of improved business and Associate happiness. Bringing out an associates highest worth by creating a psychologically and socially satisfying work environment. Reduced outflow of employees from the Industry because of disagreeable work profiles. Enable the organization to reach out and discover further avenues of performance and work culture.
