WORK PROGRESS REPORT: WORK FROM HOME

Prepared skits and patriotic songs for Republic Day 2013. Prepared 3 Sets of charts on In the Kitchen, Study Time and Playtime. Also prepared the budget of Rays. Prepared Student Portfolio which was sent to respective guides regularly.

1.Question and Answers 2.Chits 3.Nouns

Initially adapting to the cultural setting was a challenge but we did manage pretty well in no time. Teaching kids and managing them and giving attention to every student in the stipulated time was also a major challenge. Teaching time per class was less hence time management skill were required. Going to a students home and experiencing the conditions in which they live in and interacting with the family of a student.

A short duration of NGO- Interphase under Kotak Education Foundation taught me several things or made some changes in me:

How effectively a NGO can work to deliver what it promises.

The new ways of teaching which can be categorized as easy learning process. How to survive in a rigid work culture or ambience and still bring a difference in the lives of the students. Learn from everyone and learn continuously.
