• Omniscient entrepreneurs was set up as
proprietorship firm in the year 1989, with
the clear minds & views of the proprietor
Mr.Vivek Kulshrestha, as spreading the
new technology/products, belonging to
the civil engineering, to the engineers &
firms dealing with civil engineering, as
marketing & providing civil engineering
consultation, with respect to the new
technology /product to the common
people or the person or the firms needing
the services.

Our company is a proprietor company names to Mr.Vivek
Kulshrestha.
Mr. Vivek Kulshrestha is a graduate civil engineering
professional,cleared his graduation course from
“Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada
University”Auragabad(Maharastra) in 1992.After since
having vast experience of professional in construction &
designing in govt. & pvt. Organization (Mainly in private
organization) such as PHED-Raj, Simplex concrete piles
India ltd.,& many others. and presently been accredited as

A-Civil engineering software
• We are having the registered dealership of civil
engineering computer software development firm, based
at Pune & names as “Softtech engineers pvt ltd”, for the
local area of Rajasthan. We markets the software’s
developed by the company to the needy persons, provides
after sell support (Software’s & technical-structural/civil),
Training to the buyers of the software's & the individual. In
this we also provide certified training to new engineers,
having degree /diploma in civil engineering.

B-Civil engineering services
• We provide the civil engineering services as under the two
heads as
• 1>Independent consultant
• 2>KPO (Knowledge product outsourcing)
• In both the stated head we provide the following works as
• A>Structural analysis & design works of a civil engineering
projects.
• B>Cost analysis & estimation works of the projects
• C>Valuation of assets
• D>PMC (Project management consultancy), or the site
supervision
• E>Design of water supply & sanitation.
• As stated above the above services/works are provided
under the two heads as Independent consultant & under
KPO. The both the terms are defined as below.

& Independent consultant.
• The term “Independent consultant” is itself mentioned
clearly as independent consultant, in which we provide
every thing from the start to the end of works with & by
our name.
• The term “KPO” means as “Knowledge product
outsourcing” works, in which we provide only the technical
support extended as per the terms pre-decided between
the main consultant & the our self. Mostly in this case the
drawings are provided by us (As per the terms),& are
named by the main consultant.

locations in Jaipur.

“Hotels”, “Hospitals” “Jewelers” & many others, getting
their related works of either “structural design works”,
“estimation works” ,& the “Valuation works” as on the
time as is required basic.

services, of the building projects as around 500

the valuation & estimates having worth More then Rs 1000
crores in last 5 Years.
Work Sample-structural analysis
& design-
• Our structural designs are done after having the proper
“vector analysis” of the structure for which it is designed
& going to build, as structural analysis
• In the design of beams/slabs/foundation, the detailing of
reinforcement/components are done in a proper way,&
comprises the actual requirement based on the analysis
stated above. Means these are not directly showed as is
shown & worked out by the software. Hence the least
requirement of material either of steel or the concrete,
that too with justification.
• In our office the other civil engineering structures, other
then building are done by the manual calculation, after
having its vector analysis, for which we have developed
our in house specialize software's for the purpose, whose
calculation only are submitted at the time of submission of
all drawings.
• In our office every structure analyzed & designed by us
are available with vector analysis results, as “Analysis
results”,& the “design calculations” as hard copy or the
soft copy as is required.

• Structural designs could be done even by a
student engineer, but the structural analysis is
very important before doing the structural
design,& for this we have an experience of over
500 structures as doing structural analysis, as
we are currently providing “KPO” services to
around 200 independent consultants regularly,
spread over wide geographical area (The
identities of them could not be disclosed, due to
an agreement with individual consultants)
• The all work of structural design is very much
transparent as we are providing the results of
structural analysis & the designs. And that too in
the stipulated time frame.

Work Sample-Estimation works
• Our all the estimates are associated with standard N-L-B-D
(No, Length, breadth,& depth) international format, of as
the “Measurement sheet”.
• If, the object matter is of building, we uses the specialized
software developed for the purpose names as “QE-Pro”. In
which the building model is generated in 3-D space
frame,& then the calculations are carried out in an
automated manner, referencing to their respective
technical & architectural specifications.
• Due to the above stated reasons ,the accuracy of
estimates are much greater compare to the estimates
generated by the manual calculations.

• The above stated phrase could be more explained by an
example, as if you are going to work out concrete quantity
of beam & columns, manually in a complex structure
generally the center line distances are calculated & the
there is no deduction of column portion falling at the
junction of beams, but our software is pre-defined for such
critical situations. And the column conditions/quantities
are kept in column quantity & the beam quantities are
kept in beam quantities only. There are many other similar
critical situations in the building, as or shuttering, painting
flooring & many others, where now the calculations are
possible only by the pre-defined cases as the “Software”
with graphical capabilities.
• Our estimates are possible based on the standard rates as
of BSR-PWD, or any other specified schedule of rates.
• Our estimate reports are available as cumulative report
system, detail report system & the abstract estimate
report system.

Valuation of assets
• We are the registered valuer from income tax department
for immovable assets.
• We uses our associates services for valuation of other type
of assets.
• We are the pannel valuer of “state bank of India”, “Punjab
national bank”, “Allahabad bank”,& many other private
banks
• Our company deals with around 18 types of valuation for
different purposes & types.
• Our company has valued the assets worth more than 700
crores, at different locations.
• We are providing cost valuation services around 2500
different chartered accountants located in Jaipur &
surrounding areas.
• We uses the software “QE-pro” for cost valuation of
immovable assets, hence more accurate the results.
• Our this cost analysis services are being used by many
builders, contractors ,& the end users.

• This section of our company deals with construction site
supervision & project management related works.
• Our company deals with section as of two types as only
site management works as technically & commercial .
• In technical supervision works, we supervise the on going
construction works technically to maintain the quality &
technical specifications settled before starting the project.
• In commercial supervision works we provide the execution
services along with our associates to execute the
construction project.

• The main goal of this section is to achieve the highest
quality standard as is possible within the pre-stated time,&
the estimated cost.
