1. Product description : Mobile apparatus with microwave for industrial applications. Microwave heating is a process within a family of electroheat techniques, such as induction, radio frequency, direct resistance or infra-red heating, all of which utilise specific parts of the electromagnetic spectrum. The major advantages of using microwaves for industrial processing are rapid heat transfer, volumetric and selective heating, compactness of equipment, speed of switching on and off and pollution-free environment as there are no products of combustion. Microwave leakage can certainly be kept well below government recommended levels. 2. Treatment description : MWKS consists from four principal components: magnetron, microwave horn, automatic device for work parameters setting and trepied. The operating frequency is 2450 MHz and 1.2 kW. For example, by dielectric heating, the wood is heating at temperature of 650C 900C in few seconds ( 20 90) lethal temperature for biological organisms. 3. Uses : The product is used for treatment of infested wood pieces, specialy unmovable structure with molds, insects, larvae, fungus, and concrete with high humidity, using the microwave radiation. MWKS is ideal solution for resolving the total infestation of wood with insects, larves, mushroms, molds. This technology is frequently aplicated at: furniture, windows, parquet, old objects from religious or cultural patrimony.

Microwave decontamination Is a new method of removing the surface of concrete which uses microwave energy to heat the moisture present in the concrete matrix. Continued heating produces steam under pressure which generates internal mechanical and thermal stresses, bursting the surface layer of the concrete.
