PRESENTATION On Rfid warehouse robot

introduction
In the field of automation systems, the interaction between man and machine typically consists of the Programming and maintaining the machine by the human operator. This can be very easily done by using various programming languages.

Here we are showing the working of a vehicle which have auto path deciding system through sensor pair and object detection with RFID based system by using MICROCONTROLLERS using AVR architecture.
Vehicle running on the track where path is predefined with having different color from the background which moves here and there, also there are objects in the path and robot will make selection and rejection of objects according to a particular magnetic card applied on that object which will sensed by RFID module.

Technology used
The basic design of warehouse robot automation system can be divided in three major parts like:

Sensor circuitry
Microcontroller system RFID based System

SENSOR CIRCUITRY:

Sensor part works as a external interface with microcontroller circuitry. In our case it continuously monitors external path and as soon as change of color of path from a particular background color it detects that change on reflection basis and send information to the brain part that is microcontroller part of the complete system. For this purpose we use IRPhotodiode sensors here.

MICROCONTROLLER CIRCUITRY:
it act as brain or controlling part of the complete system Control and monitors process circuitry designed for working of microcontroller in which IC circuit and input and output circuitries are involve. It is pre programmed as per requirement so that it can perform exact functionality we want according to various conditions. conditions are decided by sensor circuit and action accordingly taken by microcontroller circuit.

RFID BASED SYSTEM:


The main parts of an RFID system are RFID tag (with unique ID number) and RFID reader (for reading the RFID tag). In this system, RFID tag and RFID reader used are operating at 125 KHz

CHASSIS (ARCHITECTURE) PART:


body part of the complete system all actions commanded by microcontroller are finally perform by this part Combination of motors and wheels are used for movement two motors along with dummy motors are used so that turning in any direction Or working models from market can also be directly used.

Rfid module
A complete set of RFID system contain 3 parts Reader electronic tags (also called as Transponder) application software systems The RFID tag(transponder) is the information carrier of the RFID system, most of the RFID tag by the coupling of the original (coil, micro strip antenna, etc.) and microchip passive unit.

working principle of the RFID


(1).After the RFID tag gets into the magnetic field of RFID reader, the RFID tag will receive the RF signal emitted by RFID reader. (2).By the energy of induced current the RFID tag will send out product information stored in the tag chip (it is passive tags), or the tag initiatively send a frequency signal (it is active tags). (3).RFID Reader will receive the signal and read and decode the information sent to the central information system for the data processing.

According to the electronic communications and energy sensing methods between RFID card reader and the tag, there are two kinds of coupling to the scattering: inductive coupling and the Backscatter Coupling. The general low-frequency RFID mostly use the first type, while the higher frequency of most of the second approach.

RFID Reader functions:


(1). Depending on the structure and the technical differences, the reader can be read or read / write device. (2). It is the RFID system of information control and processing center. (3).The reader is usually coupled module, transceiver module, control module and interface unit. The exchange of information commonly uses half-duplex communication between the reader and the transponder. And reader coupled to a passive transponder energy and timing.

Components used
that converts signals from an RS-232 serial port to signals suitable for use in TTL compatible digital logic circuits. The MAX232 is a dual driver/receiver and typically converts the RX, TX, CTS and RTS signals.

These devices consist of two independent, high-gain, frequency-compensated operational amplifiers that were designed specifically to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split supply is also possible so long as the difference between the two Supplies is 3V to 32V.

The purpose of this application note is to guide the user through the preparation of an example C program using the Code Vision AVR C compiler. Used for programming of microcontroller for executing different functions according to various conditions faced by it. AVR is a powerful software development tool that reduce the programming workload during the period of algorithm development and theory research making it easier to control a robot.

applications
Warehouse robots are much useful in army rescue operations. Can be used in object selection positioning systems Unique and authentic identification operations can be done via warehouse robot. Security purpose can be resolved by such robots.
