Municipalities of different grades and Nagara Panchayats depending upon the population and income of the Urban Local Body. In the urban local bodies for :water supply, roads and buildings, storm water drains, street lighting, solid waste management, bus stands, commercial complexes etc.

MAS Functionality
It consists of the following modules
1. Births and Deaths Registration System
This module maintains the details regarding the birth and death instances. It deals with the issuance of Birth/Death Certificates, generation of statutory reports related to Birth and Death based on the records maintained in the database for the same.

2. House Tax System

This module maintains the details of the properties in the municipal area and facilitates the calculation of Rateable Value/annual tax for a property, generation of bills, maintaining details regarding collection of bills, generation and maintenance of record against various notices issued to the Property holders.

3. Rent Collection System This module maintains the details of all leaseholders of the properties belonging to the Municipal Council. Facilitates generation of bills and maintains details of all collections of bills. 4. Trades System This module deals with maintaining the records regarding the various licenses issued to the traders/shopkeepers by the Municipal Council, renewal, transfer and change in type of business. 5.Counter Services This module is the front-end of all the section-wise modules. Citizens are able to make any type of tax payments from a single window. History of previous payments is also available.
