INTRODUCTION:
Ernst & Young (trading as EY) is a multinational professional services firm headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It was the third largest professional services firm in the world by aggregated revenue in 2012 and is one of the Big Four" accounting firms. The organization operates as a network of member firms which are separate legal entities in individual countries. It has 167,000 employees and more than 700 offices in more than 140 countries. It provides assurance (including financial tax, consulting and advisory services to companies. audit)

SINCE July 1, 2013

Company has recently changed its logo and tagline.. Reason stated for shortening the name is that it will provide consistency and ease of use for EY practices and clients around the world. They have also redesigned their logo, reflecting the new brand name clearly in the design.

Their new brand name and logo demonstrate clearly and boldly who they are and reflect the goal they have recently set themselves to be the number one brand in their profession."
The logo itself is quite straightforward. It includes the two letters and a yellow beam that the company has used as a decorative element for a few years.

Recognition as an Employer Brand:


EY has been ranked by many of the magazines and raters as the best place to work. Some of the accomplishments are stated below: The Best Accounting Firms to Work For in 2012, claiming that EY treats its employees better than other big firms.
