City was developed in 1972. Population of 11,19,477 as on 2011. Infrastructure of Rs.40 billion/USD 610 Million. One of the worlds largest planned city.

Brief:
Problems soon surfaced when the supply exceeded the demand. City had the capacity for around 3 to 5 malls but had 35 instead. Brands and companies started arm-twisting the mall management to
reduce prices.

The Mall business wasnt attractive like it used to be.
