Get the information about the earthquake, Teachers found it was in the near coastal areas. Recognized TSUNAMI Decided to evacuate to the 2nd Evacuation Place on the hill.

One solution: Go up stairs on the roof. Fast! And can evacuate from Tsunami. But that is the Dead end of the way to evacuate. We will be isolated in damage. Fire office also, Tsunami will not come to the roof. Other solution: Evacuate high mountain with passage in principle. I can respond to big tsunami and the tsunami to repeat. And Evacuation at other places is possible. BUT, about 10 minutes is required for evacuation to heights.

Decision by the deliberations for two years.

1) Take radio, Children list of names and a first aid tool, and a cellular phone. 2) Principle decide the evacuation place from the situation of an earthquake on the day, a marine situation, and the information on television or Radio.

3) Increase a study in the school programs and also take in training of the evacuation which can be assumed.

4) Take advice from specialist for tsunami prevention.

Second Evacuation Place: Distance 400

- A school building, a gymnasium, pool complete collapse. - the playground equipment which was in the schoolyard, planting, and all buildings -- a spill. -80 percent of children's homes are collapsed.

Zone of Peace Index (ZPI) is the simple research technique of answering the feeling evaluated by 1 (Negative) -10 (Positive) point, and checking a moving change of people's feeling accompanying the social change to each question.

If you can not collect the information Under these circumstances of postdisaster, if present conditions as to whether is exactly is people, it is not possible to action following. Until now, information is one of the work of local government primarily, it may be good to go safety of people is proportional to the ability of the government. However, for the disaster in the future, to understand the situation residents themselves, would not be required is a system that can action?
