In November 2008 company implemented a tactic to strengthen Vodafone in a sharply deteriorating economic climate. On an annualized basis the Vodaphone is grown to nearly 5 billion and fixed line revenue, primarily broadband, has grown to over 3 billion. In emerging markets like India the number two market position by revenue Company have seen tangible evidence of accelerating mobile data adoption where consumers and business customers are seizing the benefits of fast, reliable mobile data networks using smart phones and other mobile data devices such as tablets. Vodaphone are also seeing increased interest in broader data-based services like payments via handsets

In November 2011 company set out a new strategy to develop from a strong Vodafone into a more valuable Vodafone. The strategy is driven by a focus on four key areas of growth potential:

Customer taste for the mobile internet and related services will be the single biggest driver of companys business going forward.

Company will :
Provide the best data network in terms of coverage, speed and capability.
At the same time company will continue to carefully manage cost base to deliver profitable data services. Try to provide robust IT systems to provide the platforms and tools for managing customer relationships for our products and services.

Companys businesses in Africa and India are growing strongly as mobile communications are having a transformational impact on peoples lives.

Company will:
continue to generate revenue growth from driving penetration of mobile voice and SMS and accelerating the adoption of affordable data into attractive markets across India and Africa.

Businesses account for a large part of companys activity and growth in this sector will be driven by employees becoming more mobile, devices more secure and the convergence of fixed and wireless communications.

Company will:
Further grow enterprise revenue through the introduction of new services for the SME, SoHo and Corporate segments, increasing our addressable market and building on the momentum of Vodafone Global Enterprise and Vodafone One Net.

vodaphone we will selectively expand into a number of new growth segments including machine-tomachine services and financial mobile services.
