Stationary distribution: pencils, pens, notebooks, compass boxes distributed among village children. Volunteers take an initiative to teach village children at Anganwadi.

We started our membership drive from Collected more than 1000 members.

Units collected: 178 Thalassemia Check up camp: 291 samples Platelet Donors registered: 103 enrollments Stem cell donation : 70 enrollments

Friendship day was celebrated on 5th

August,2011. The RRC members distributed more than 500 bands amongst the students.

A visit was conducted to Red Cross Society by the RRC of K.C College on 8th November, 2011. There were about 40 volunteers who attended this visit.

A lecture on Stigma and Discrimination was delivered by Dr. Suneeta Shanbhag on 2nd February,2012. A total of 62 volunteers attended the seminar.

Date: 2nd February,2012. Highlights of the programme: Prize distribution for the student winners of the World Aids Day Competition

This year the International Youth Day was not celebrated. But Miss. Aishwarya Menon got the award for best peer educator.

Street plays were performed at college A group of 9 RRC members performed the street play spreading awareness about HIV/AIDS amongst the society.

We had a street play training on 30/11/2011.


Training was conducted by Mr. Pradeep Gupta. 40 volunteers attended this session.

SANJEEVANI
K.C College released its 7th edition of Sanjeevani. This is an innovative project, a compilation of blood donors. The donors are classified on the basis of blood groups.

AIDS Awareness session for Deackin University,Australia.


Distribution of Red Ribbons on Worlds AIDS Day in Churchgate area, residential societies,etc. AIDS Awareness in Saphale, the village adopted by K.C College. Documentary ANJAAN on AIDS. Calendar 2011 based on AIDS theme.

Volunteers made bookmarks on the theme of AIDS & distributed to teachers on Teachers Day with the view to spread awareness about AIDS.

-Initiated 6 toilets in the camp


Well Beautification -Made suitable path & also painted the wall of the Well Weed Removal -Cleared an area of 8-12 feet's. Bandara Construction -Constructed small bandara measuring 10*3*3(feets) length, depth, breadth respectively.
