Raw material inventory and purchase

Safety stock limit is based on the delivery of raw material by suppliers and sometimes the customer requirement Two limits of safety stock Lower limit is for 4 days And higher limit is 14 days But minimum 4 days stock in maintained considering aspect like machine brakdown or maintainance

Inspection
100% inspection is done inside organization only No customer complaint in last 14 months If there is any defect or customer complaint then 40 page defect analysis has to be submitted Rejected finished good is sold for the scrap as recycling is difficult and the quality is difficult to maintain
