PP Sheet Extrusion
Supply Chain of Samarth Foam Pvt ltd Raw material Granules' is the raw material. It varies as per the requirement of the final product. The color is added to the granules as per the final requirement of finished good color Then mixing is done at mixer Then this mixed material is sucked by vacuum
Extrusion Molding
Final product through extrusion molding is plastic sheets These plastic sheets are used for the packaging material This is one of the important product of this organization The mold is owned by company only
Then after molding procedure the sheet is passed through cooling After cooling trimming and cutting is done as per the requirement These sheets are available in various sizes Main use is packaging
Injection molding
In this case the heated material is injected in the molds Mold cost is very high so the molds are generally provide by customers If the molds are purchased by the Samarth group then the cost is covered in price of product and recovered over a period of time The design is also from the customers as per their need

2000 units requirement from customer Raw material for 1000 units is available
300 safety stock is considered Then raw material for 1300 units is ordered
Generally customer decides the supplier and the raw material to be purchased
Delivery of raw material is generally from 0 days to maximum 30 days Stock of raw material depends on the delivery timing of the raw material As per the invoice the raw material is checked Then FIFO( first in first output) method is used for the consumption of raw material
Tagging is done on the raw material depending on the lot Mainly raw material is distributed in three lots first- green color second- yellow color Third- orange
Inspection
100% inspection is done inside organization only No customer complaint in last 14 months If there is any defect or customer complaint then 40 page defect analysis has to be submitted Rejected finished good is sold for the scrap as recycling is difficult and the quality is difficult to maintain
