To pull to or knock down a building The act or process of wrecking or destroying, especially destruction by explosives. Dismantling, razing, destroying or wrecking any building or structure or any part there of by preplanned and control the methods.

Aiming at minimizing the risk to persons and damage to properties, health and safety of site personnel and damage to the environment. Its because Aesthetic, Human health, Human safety, to build new buildings, Renovation, Structure problems, Environment (near slopes), Population density, Adjacent buildings,Traffic

Site Survey Normally carried out in the form of desk studies and on site investigation. The survey is done to obtain information as well as to build familiarization with actual site condition. Aspects that are survey are with respect to access routes, topographical features, ground conditional, location and types of existing services as well as adjacent property.

Site Preparation & Mobilization The site is prepared and conditioned to receive demolition works. This activity includes the erection of safety fencing and hoarding, site offices as well as other facilities. Mobilization comprises of aspects such as conducting temporary works, erecting, scaffolds and safety signages, diversion and protection existing services & property as well as establishment of plant and machinery.

Decommissioning Is done to bring the structure from its fully operational state to one where all charged systems are terminated or reduced to the lowest hazardous level. This includes the disconnection of electrical , gas water, plumbing and telecommunication cables. Soft Stripping

Recycle & Reuse Soft stripping materials are collected and sorted to reuse, sold or recycled.

Environmental Controlling

Is done to remove all non-structure Initial water and air quality as well items such as fixtures, fittings, as noise and vibration levels are windows, door, roof tiles and ceilings. monitored by a term of specialist.

Demolition

Waste Management & Recycling Is carried out to properly managed all waste & debris generated from demolition process. The management cover areas such as hazardous wastes storage, handling and transportation, dumping as well as burning. These aspects are planned and monitored to avoid possible environmental contamination and pollution.

Is executed with the use of heavy equipment and machinery depending on technique selected, to break or demolish the structure into smaller fragments for disposal or recycling.

Environmental Monitoring Water & air quality as well as noise and vibration levels are monitored during the works to ensure the are not exceed the allowable limits.

Demolition by Manually

Demolition of buildings or structure by hand-held tools such as electric or pneumatic breakers. Chutes may be used to discharge debris into a vehicle or hopper. Foundations would normally be grubbed up by excavation machines. This techniques is most often use in small scaled demolition operations. In larger projects, it is employed to primarily weakens the structured before heavier equipment is brought in. Strict safety precautions in terms of working conditions for examples secure platforms and scaffolding must always considered and checked.

Crane and Demolition Ball

Most structures can be knocked down by balling where destruction is caused by the impact energy of the steel ball suspended from a crane. Balling can be done by two ways which are by hoisting the ball and releasing it to drop vertically or winching the ball towards the machine and releasing it to swing inline with the jib. Floors should be demolished by dropping the ball on the highest remaining floor and allowing the debris should be removed regularly to prevent excessive weight accumulating on the lower floors. Walls or columns can be demolished either by swinging the ball in line with the stationary jib, using the drag rope, or by slewing the jib. The ball should not swing by derricking the jib.

Pneumatic Impact Tools

Use impact energy of the hammer, driving the piston rapidly to crushing the block or building This tool works on basic principal of movement induced by the expansion of compressed air. The advantages offered are that it can be easily mounted on light carriers, requires lesser accessories as well as maintenance, works better in confined spaces due to its weight-power ratio and its suitable for underwater usage.

Pneumatic impacts tools

Explosive
Normally use for removing a large building May effect, safety of people nearby and damage to surrounding structures The fastest way to do demolition works Not required in town area.

Explosives method

Warning sign ages Protective enclosures Prevent authorized entry or trespassing during the period of demolition.
