RealSeal Cups
RealSeal features multiple sealing lips, which means more effective seal throughout the pipeline run. With the RealSeal cups, sealing as the pig passes girth welds in a pipeline become a non-issue.
Available in Vantage cups, heavy duty cups and Ultra multi-lip discs.
Critical sealing applications such as nitrogen purges, line filling for hydrostatic testing and cleaning. Also very effective in commissioning of lines, displacement and batch separation.
OptionAll Pig
One of our most versatile pigs. This pig can be made in just about any configuration you would like (from gauge plates to brushes). This pig can be set up to push liquids, batch and clean gas lines of water and other liquids.

Vantage V Pig
Comes in 10 and larger and is used for both batching and cleaning applications. Vantage V cleaning pigs are multi-use pigs equipped with either scraper discs/cups, cups, brushes and or blade cleaning elements. Vantage V cleaning elements included brushes to remove hard, crust like deposits, urethane blades for removing soft, gummy deposits, scraper discs to clean both hard and soft internal deposits and magnet kits to remove ferrous material. Vantage V batching pigs are multi-use pigs designed for batching, displacing and light cleaning. Two and four cups configurations are available.

WCK-3 Pig
One of the oldest pigs in T.D. Williamsons line. The WCK-3 is available in 6 thru 14 and also in a dual-diameter configuration 6 x 8 thru 14 x 16. WC stands for wear compensating (means brushes are spring loaded). WCK-3DD are built with collapsible urethane discs. An outlet port at the front end of the WCK-3 provides fluid bypass to prevent build-up of loosened material Can transverse 1.5 D radius

V-Jet Pig
Spray Nozzles
The spray head applies corrosion inhibitor fluid to the top quadrant of the pipeline. The V-Jet is designed to act as its own reservoir in the event that it should pass a section of pipe that would be void of corrosion inhibitor.
The V-Jet pig can be used as the front and/or rear pig in a batching process. Excellent de-watering pig.

Bottom-Line Corrosion Coupons at the end of the line also showed improvement, due to better inhibitor distribution throughout the length of the line
BiDirectionAll Pig
Each pig is equipped with six discs. Outside discs are used as guide/support discs (these discs are made of a harder material). Typically pigs are used for hydrostatic testing and as displacing pigs. Can also be equipped with brushes for cleaning purposes as well. Available in sizes 4 thru 60. All three can traverse 1.5 DR bends.

PitBoss Pig
Available in sizes from 6 and larger. Is designed to remove deposits from internal pits while insuring excellent general purpose cleaning pig. Pit cleaning wire brushes are designed to improve effectiveness of corrosion inhibitors. Each wire scrapper acts independently as both a spring (forcing itself out and into the pit) and as a scraper.

Testimonial
We are moving a very heavy oil and the PitBoss brings in about 30 gallons of paraffin per run where the competitors pig would only bring in about 10 gallons Plains Pipleine

Undersized Guide Disc
Multiple discs with single cup on rear. Multiple discs with cup on front and rear. RealSeal configuration option for rear cup. Brush wrap, gauging plate and bypass option. Will also hold transmitter and or trip magnet. Undersized front disc or cup to aid in launching of pig. Available in 4 to 12

Testimonial
XPig did not allow bypass of any detectable water into the leading jet fuel stream and complete success of the hydrostatic test project was realized .I must say this is my tool of preference for line displacement and line fill for hydro-test projects Magellan-Displacing Application

Unisphere
99% of the time, spheres are used to push liquids out of natural gas gathering lines. Gravity allows the automated launching and receiving of spheres which makes them very easy to use and very cost effective.
22
Our Urethane
Excellent Abrasion Resistance for long wear Very High Tensile and Tear Strength Great Chemical Resistance for harsh environments
Our pigs are seeing a repeated use of two or more times per week and we see minimal wear on the cups Teppco-Natural Gas Lines
23
RS-7-Abrasion resistant polyurethane foam with honeycomb texture-wiping and scraping effect. RBR-7 (Bristle)-Effective cleaning and removal of solids. RRR-7 (Rough Rider) Used for internally coated lines and crude oil lines containing paraffin. Whiteskin-Shorter runs primarily for drying after dewatering of lines that have been hydrostatically tested.

Bypass
Benefits of Bypass in Pigs Can be used to slow pigs to optimum speed Prevents debris pile up in front of the pig (riding over it) Suspends debris ahead of the pig in the faster flow Bypass in cups or discs jets / dislodges debris Continuously clears debris from the cleaning elements on the pig

Pig-Sig IV
Pig-Sig IV
Considered the industry standard. Trigger extends into pipeline, which makes the PIG-SIG effective even for worn pigs and foam pigs (trigger extensions are avaible). Plungers type pig detectors are sensitive to pressure, while ours is not. You can install and remove our PIGSIG while under pressure using a T101 machine. Can be installed on buried pipelines as well.

Important To Note
You will need 1 hex drive plug holder when installing/removing under pressure. (THIS IS NEW)
1 allen wrench or hex bit if installing/removing without pressure (The corners of the 1 hex may have to be ground down slightly to fit in the 1 hex hole in the plug). Pig-Sig V will extend 1 3/8 above TOR (Page 20, 2.3 section C).

D-2000 Closure
Available in sizes from 4 and larger. A recessed seal provides positive sealing as well as protection from damage by tools (others have face seals, which when opening a closure can come off and fall to the ground). Stand-Aside Operation presents a safer environment for field technicians. Can be designed virtually to any applicable code Designed to ASME B31.4 (liquid) and B31.8 (gas) design code -- standard. Can be B31.3 or ASME BPV code (U) stamped.

Selecting A Pig For Cleaning The best choice is a pigApplications with discs, conical cups, spring mounted brushes and
bypass ports
Discs are effective at pushing out solids while also providing good support for the pig. Conical cups provide excellent sealing characteristics, good support and long wear. Spring mounted brushes provide continuous forceful scraping for removal of rust, scale and other build-ups on the pipe wall. Bypass ports allow some of the flow to bypass through the pig and helps minimize solids build-up in front of the pig. Also used for slowing the speed of the pig down.
54
The best choice would be a four cup pig with RealSeal conical cups Conical cups will maintain contact with the pipe wall even in out-of-round pipe (as pipe size increases, the out-of-round condition becomes more common). Multi-lipped cups have numerous, independent sealing lips on each cup which greatly improves its ability to maintain a seal.
55
How much particulate are you removing from filters on the pipeline segment ?
How corrosive is the specific pipeline segment environment ? What is the range of dew point in the gas stream of the pipeline segment in question ? How much corrosion already exists in the pipeline segment ?
