RESEARCH PROBLEM
The research problem here in this study is associated with the motivation of employees of J.K TYRE KANKROLI. There are variety of factors that can influence a persons level of motivation; some of these factors include:
The level of pay and benefits. The perceived fairness of promotion system within the company. Quality of working conditions Leadership and social relationships. Job security.

conclusion
The motivational program procedure in J.K Tyre KTP is found effective but not highly effective. Performance appraisal activities really play a major role in motivating the employees.
Increase in salary and promotion are the factors which motivates most of the employees.
The study reveals that there is a good relationship exists among the employees.
