J.K Tyre Kankroli plant is located at Kankroli, Rajasmand.

It was established in 1976.


The product which it manufactures are tyre, tube and flaps. About 1600 employees are the part of the KTP. It has got various certification like ISO 9001, QS 9000,ISO 14001. 3rd largest manufacturer in India 22nd largest tyre manufacturer in world.

RESEARCH PROBLEM
The research problem here in this study is associated with the motivation of employees of J.K TYRE KANKROLI. There are variety of factors that can influence a persons level of motivation; some of these factors include:
The level of pay and benefits. The perceived fairness of promotion system within the company. Quality of working conditions Leadership and social relationships. Job security.

Career development opportunities etc

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY


Primary Objective:To study the Important factors which are needed to motivate the employees. Secondary Objective:To study the effect of monetary and non monetary benefits provided by the organization on the employees performance. To study the effect of job promotions on employees. To learn the employees satisfaction on the interpersonal relationship exists in the organization. To provide the practical suggestion for the improvement of organizations performance.

conclusion
The motivational program procedure in J.K Tyre KTP is found effective but not highly effective. Performance appraisal activities really play a major role in motivating the employees.

Increase in salary and promotion are the factors which motivates most of the employees.
The study reveals that there is a good relationship exists among the employees.

suggestions
Company should try to improve performance appraisal system,

so that they can improve their performance.


Skill of the employees should be appreciated. Better carrier development opportunities should be given to the employees for their improvement. most importantly company should not keep suspense regarding employees job security
