    Process of Construction Procedure Preliminaries are the associated expenses or costs that contractors acquire in the completion of a project.
    Eg: The cost of a site office, hoarding, or ventilating the site office, maintaining machinery, tools and vehicles.

    It is rather than the costs of the actual building working materials like the bricks and blocks.
