osteoporosis, increase blood, increasing more acid pH in your body, help you to protect your eyes and eyes visual, increasing your intelligence, as antioxidants and to eclipsing the indigestion.
The contained are indoles, sulforaphane, Isothiocyanate, glukosinolate, ditihiolthione,

C. Method How To Make Broccoli Noodle Salad

Materials Broccoli Noodle Salad : 3 pack noodle 900 grams tapioca flavor 1 pcs egg 100 grams strip shrimp 2 pcs broccolis 12 pcs garlic 3 tbsp garlic oil Water boiling 2 tbsp salt 1 tablespoons sasa 2 glass warm water 2 tbsp vegetable oil Vegetable oil C. Materials Cuka Palembang : 5 Javanese Tamarind 2 tbsp vinegar 2 pcs brown sugar 7 pcs chili 5 pcs garlic 120 ml warm water 2 tablespoons salt
