Risk assessment has been done on all activities. Students will undergo cycling trials in PE prior to camp. School nurse with us for duration.

Teachers are EFR trained. NIST teachers are present and solely responsible for students during activities led by outside groups.

What To Bring
Large Soft Bag
Underwear and socks for three days Pajamas 4 tee-shirts/sports shirt 3 pairs of shorts (suitable for walking in) Long sleeved sweatshirt A pair of long or trousers (light) One pair of strong, worn in sports shoes or similar to be worn during dry activities One pair of old sports shoes or rafting shoes (not crocs) to be worn during wet activities A swim suit A towel Mosquito repellant Toiletries: soap and shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush Plastic bags for wet clothes and shoes
Important for students to pack their own bags. Important for students to be able to carry their own bags they should have no more than 2.
One small backpack and a piece of soft luggage is best. (does not need to be bigger than a cabin bag)
Snack & water for a morning snack on Day 1. The packing list for students will be on class blogs prior to camp so students can prepare and practice being responsible with their own packing.

Medications
All medications will be given to the school nurse prior to departure day.
by Friday 2nd May for trip 1 or by Monday 5th May for Trip 2
Parents should put medications in a ziplock bag with a photograph and name of the student on the bag and clear written directions for each medication. The nurse will dispense medication as per written instructions.
Staffing
We plan to return to NIST by 2:00 pm You will be free to take your child home when they arrive
Follow-up Paperwork
On Thursday consent forms will be sent home with the students. These will need to be returned by Friday 28th March so that we are able to meet the requirements of the Thai Ministry of Education. Please fill in all forms as accurately as possible to enable us to meet your childs needs. Please include medical insurance details on the form
