The reason for choosing this topic is that for the successful functioning of any business organization finance, machines, materials and manpower resources are essential. Of these various resources the manpower or the human resources occupies a very important place in view of its distinctive characteristics. Every employee has certain job expectations when the organization fails to fulfill such expectations he develops a feeling of discontent or dissatisfaction.

TYPE OF RESEARCH DESIGN USED: SOURCES OF DATA: Primary Data: method of collecting primary data has been obtained by administering the questionnaire to the respondents. A Questionnaire consists of set of questions presented to the respondents for their answers. RESEARCH DESIGN:
SAMPLING The respondents for this study spread throughout the organization, which is very difficult for the researcher to collect the information from all the respondents, hence convenience-sampling technique has been used to select the respondents from the sampling universe.

FINDINGS:
It is inferred that 37% of employees strongly agree that they are actively participation in we are listening session, 38% of employees just agree, 3% of employees neither agree nor disagree, 14% of employees disagree and only 8% of employees strongly disagree. It is inferred that 30% of employees strongly agree that we are listening session reduces issues of employees, 40% of employees just agree, 5% of employees neither agree nor disagree, 11% of employees disagree and only 14% of employees strongly disagree. It is inferred that 32% of employees strongly agree that we are listening session is been held in transparent and friendly manner, 39% of employee just agree, 6% of employees neither agree nor disagree, 14% of employees disagree and only 12% of employees strongly disagree.
SUGGESTIONS:
In order to make all the employees to actively participate in We are listening session small gifts shall be proved to those who participate in the session. The grievances of the employees shall be redressed at the right time by solving such grievances or issues as soon as possible. By doing so, the employees will get more satisfied. We are listening session shall be conducted in more transparent and friendly manner by which the employees may feel free to share their view points, ideas/suggestions openly.
LIMITATION:
The time allotted for the project was insufficient to do an indepth study The project is subjected to personal bias of the employees. Only a sample of 125 respondents was interviewed and they are only partial. There were some potential difficulties for getting the information from some of the respondents.
