8.33% of the ctc up to Sr. Manager Level ( upto-25 Lacs).
10.00% of Gross Annual Package upto Chief Manager/AVP level
(25 Lakhs to 50 Lakhs).
12.50% of Gross Annual Package for A.G.M, G.M level (50 Lacs to
100 Lacs).
16.50% for CEO/Director level (100 Lacs and above).
