WHY INDUCTION?
A well conducted induction ensures new hires are retained, and then
settled in speedily and comfortably in a constructive role.

New employees need to understand the organizations goals, values
and philosophy; personnel practices, and of course the job they're
required to do.

Professionally organized and delivered induction training is your
new employees' first proper impression of you and your enterprise.
OBJECTIVE OF INDUCTION
To ensure effective integration of a new employee into the
workplace.

A new starter needs to understand the business, where their role fits
within the set up and what is expected of them, as well as being
quite clear regarding their terms and conditions of employment.

A good induction programme should leave no room for confusion,
lack of understanding and should, therefore inducing a feeling of
belonging.

The employees should then integrate well into the team, have high
morale, achieve optimum productivity and therefore be able to work
to full potential.
