Syed Hyder Ali has been the Managing
Director of Packages Ltd. since May 26, 2005
and serves as its Chief Executive Officer.

He served as Mill Manager of the Paper and
Paper Board Division of Packages Limited.

He has over 18 years of experience in key
management positions in Packages Limited.

He holds an MSc in paper Chemistry and a
BSc in Chemical Engineering from University
of Michigan USA.

accounting and reporting system that helps
to record transactions and report operating
data at the end of a quarter or month.






They can more enhance the image of their company by entering into
the field of public relations.

Consumer Product Department is producing disposable cups and
plates, but they are not promoting these products. They should
educate consumers about these products with an effective
promotional programs

In Packages Limited, some departments are decentralized but still
there is a need of more decentralization in some departments.
