Since hurricane Bill was formed in the southern hemisphere, it grew very strong during it’s journey to the northern hemisphere. Once it got to the northern hemisphere, Bill was starting to weaken because of the difference in water temperature. When the water get colder, the cyclone get weaker. Also, when a cyclone is on the earth, it cannot get more water in, so I can’t become bigger, and finish by disappearing. Bill hit’s Canada Here this is where Bill was able to hit some land from Canada The province it hit was Nova Scotia & Newfoundland Like all the other cyclones in the northern hemisphere, Bill turned in an anti-clockwise way. How strong Bill is This picture shows how much wind and force is in hurricane Bill The level in the middle shows how powerful it is when lots wind & water are collected How Bill was formed Bill was first formed as a tropical storm, but once it keep on traveling and it grew in to a hurricane because it formed on warm water, but as it collected more it grew bigger and bigger in till it formed to a hurricane.
