To reduce morbidity, mortality and disability
rates due to chronic lifestyle related non-
communicable diseases through an integrated
and comprehensive program on the
prevention and control of lifestyle related
diseases.
OBJECTIVES
To develop and promote an integrated and comprehensive
program on the prevention and control of lifestyle related
diseases in the country.
To engage all province-wide or city-wide health systems to
adopt an integrated and comprehensive program on the
prevention and control of lifestyle related diseases.
To achieve improvement in the following key performance
indicators from 2011-2016.

follows:

management of diabetes for dissemination to various clients.
