The Professional Ethics of ZTE Telecom _India

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the terms
of your employment.

Do not take actions conflicting with ZTE Corporations interests
anytime.

Any words and deeds include discrimination on race, complexion,
religion, sex, age nationality and disability are forbidden.

Not accept gifts in any form in relation to your work duties.
Protect ZTE Corporations tangible and intangible assets. And
comply with the non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements that
apply to you.

1. The following actions are contrary to ZTE Corporations culture and
ethical values, and are grounds for dismissal:

The intentional falsification of accounts.
Accept rake-off
Disclosure of ZTE Corporations commercial/technical/strategic secrets.
Acting in competition with ZTE Corporation.
Screen illegal activity

2. Employees are forbidden to undertake any of the following actions
without prior Authorization by ZTE Telecom.

Investigate, negotiate and sign contracts in ZTE Corporations name.
Provide a warranty in ZTE Telecoms name.
Express opinion or release information to the pres in ZTE Telecoms
name.
Present yourself at public activities on behalf of ZTE Telecom.

Being curt and careless.
Being prejudicial and arbitrary.
Being irresponsible.

ZTE India Telecom Pvt. Ltd. Company believes in the right to
equality and personal dignity of all individuals. Consistent with this
belief, company recognizes that harassment on the basis of sex
violates the principle of equality. To create a healthy working
environment that enables employees to work without fear of prejudice,
gender bias and sexual harassment, a Guideline on Sexual
Harassment Redressal has been put in place.

The policy applies to all regular employees of Company including full-
time, part- time, casual and contract employees, involved in
employment or other activities on behalf of the Company.
