A Nation wide mail order house desires to verify the accuracy of its clerical work in
completing invoices. Subgroups of 200 are taken on each day for 30 consecutive days for
inspection. A defective is defined as an invoice containing at least one of a number of
possible error. The number of defectives found on each day is given below. Construct a
control chart and commend on the state of control.
