There will be 2 days of interview. The number of

candidates applied will be divided evenly in these
2 days. Interview activities are divided into 2
sections and will be practiced in each day:

Few candidates will be brought to the front and are questioned in
front of other interviewees
The main purpose is to put pressure to the interviewees and
observe how they handle their nervosity in this situation
Cellphone must be off or in silent mode.

Can give me one reason why you are better than other candidates?

Why do you want to work at our company and quit your present
job?

How do you ever felt being overload with works? how did you
deal with it?

How to make yourself comfortable in your team?

After first section is done, candidates will be lead to

few meeting rooms.
Candidates are required to answers all questions not
less than 100 words.
Cellphone must be off or in silent mode.

Subjective questions:
What should you do when you found lots of errors in
project and tomorrow is the submission date?
Client failed to summit payment for 1 month after the
project is completed, what can you, as team leader do?
A crane is destroyed due to soil eruption and cause few
injuries, what should take into consideration before
and after the incident?
