Framework for Teaching

Hurdles
(1) Vocational school students would benefit from career, not college,
counselors. Teachers or specialized counselors may be trained.
(2) There may be backlash if ECh classes receive special privileges.
This could be an opportunity for Ensea Chile to improve relations
with schools by facilitating partnerships that benefit the entire
school.

(2) The Character Lab Report Card does not include growth mindset.
Teachers need to be trained to evaluate using the Report Card.

One day, all the

children in Chile will
have the ability to
choose their own
future.
