Wome
n
A woman (irregular plural:
women) is a female human. The
term woman is usually
reserved for an adult, with
the term girl being the usual
term for a female child or
adolescent. However, the term
woman is also sometimes used
to identify a female human,
regardless of age, as in
phrases such as "Women's
rights”.
Child .
. A child (plural: children) is a human
between the stages of birth and
puberty. The legal definition of
"child" generally refers to a minor,
otherwise known as a person younger
than the age of majority. "Child" may
also describe a relationship with a
parent or authority figure , or
signify group membership in a clan,
tribe, or religion ; it can also
signify being strongly affected by a
specific time, place, or circumstance,
as in "a child of nature" or "a child
of the Sixties"
Women Rights
The term women's rights refers to freedoms and entitlements
of women and girls of all ages. These rights may or may not be
institutionalized, ignored or suppressed by law, local custom,
and behavior in a particular society. These liberties are
grouped together and differentiated from broader notions of
human rights because they often differ from the freedoms
inherently possessed by or recognized for men and boys, and
because activists for this issue claim an inherent historical
and traditional bias against the exercise of rights by women
and girls.
