Problem

Indian IT services companies have been a recognized

force in the global tech arena for over one and half
decade. With the high percentage of increased vehicle
ownership in the company, parking has become a
conflicting and confusing situation for number of
employees.
Company Car Lease Program has added more value to
this biggest challenge.
This study examines the parking challenges in our
organization with a view to provide effective
suggestions to overcome them by conducting a more

Hypothesis: Car Parking

Problem

It is an explicit reality that the effectiveness of the

parking policies is compromised with the perceived
tension of three objectives which are governed by
parking including; Regeneration, Restraint and
Benefits.
Transport authorities have to ensure that any
additional parking methods are invested in developing
the infrastructures; provide reliable information to
inform employees where they are allowed to park; to
employ professionalism particularly parking
attendants, applying friendly technology to parked
cars and the cost of implementing the solution within
the company should be elaborated to population.

Storyboarding & Problem Solving

Hello XXXX,

After a detailed analysis and profound discussions

with Transportation and Real estate departments; it
really sounds like a real problem where to foster
coordination and cooperation with businesses,
employees and other facilities departments to address
parking needs.

Though, we have expensive ways for implementing

long term solutions ($50M); we can mitigate the
ongoing biggest challenge with low inexpensive mode
methods as well. (Refer Slide 5-6 In-Detail-2)
