Training of employees
Contractor shall ensure that daily
toolbox talks & training is carried
out
Training record such as attendance
and photographs shall remain on
site
Site Rules
Areas need to be left clean and tidy at
the end of each work period.
Noise is a hazard in many
circumstances and should be kept to a
minimum
Tools, materials and equipment should
not be left in public areas.
No utilities (power) should be can be
used after permission is granted.

Site Rules
All work must be carried out in a safe
manner.
No hazardous material can be stored on
site
Chemical with MSDS can be stored in
designated area
Proper ventilation must be provided when
chemical is stored on site
Lockout & Tagout must be followed for
energy control

Site Rules
All ladders and scaffolds shall remain
with a latest inspection tag
Use of cartridge tools to be done by
trained employees
All moving, mechanical, lifting plant and
equipment shall remain with Third Party
Test Certificates as required by statute
Emergency Procedures
Display building evacuation plan on site at
suitable location, communicate the same to
the site workers, maintain record on site
Treat every alarm as real unless warned of a
test situation.
Fire system coverage can only be disabled
after notification.
Assembly point exists outside the building on
left side (EMERGENCY ASSEMBLY POINT)

Emergency Procedures
Display following emergency numbers
Nearest hospital, police station, and civil defence
Site First Aider
Site Safety Officer
Site Engineer
Site Supervisor
Project Manager
Hazard Reporting
All hazards should be reported to
site supervisor.
In cases of immediate danger,
STOP WORK
and have the hazard dealt with.
Hazards can be reported using the
Good Catch Form.

First Aid
First aid kit shall be arranged
according to AD EHSMS Standard.
Certified First Aider is mandatory
to be present on site at all times.

following your company
procedures

Personal Protective
Equipment
2454 is not responsible to supply
PPE to contractors and their
employees.
Contractors are required to identify
where PPE should be used and
ensure that all employees use the
supplied PPE.
PPE should be kept in good working
order or be replaced if damaged.

Welfare Facilities
Welfare facilities e.g. rest areas,
washrooms, drinking, & dining rooms
must be provided by contractor if it is
not provided by 2454.
No food shall be consumed on site
Food if to be stored on site, shall be
refrigerated

Restricted Areas
Restrictions are in place to reduce the
risks to employees, contractors, clients
and the public.
All areas other than your site is
restricted area. Entry is by prior
arrangement only.

Waste Management
All site waste must be disposed of
immediately and debris storage is
not permitted
Final Note
