Seeks to foster study in all areas of Business Law and
Practice, understood as the legal rules which regulate any
form of business activity.
It seeks to promote all forms of research, including,
doctrinal, theoretical (including socio-legal) and applied
(including empirical) research and to develop contacts
between the academic world and the worlds of business
and legal practice in order to enhance mutual
understanding and awareness.

Enrolment conditions
- completed 1ste Master (or 2de Master)
- language: TOEFL or IELTS or minimum 14/20 for
Introduction to Common Law and English Legal Terminology
TOEFL (paper-based test): at least, 600 with 4.0 on the Test of Written
English (TWE).
TOEFL (computer-based test): at least, 250 with 4.0 on essay rating.
TOEFL (internet-based test): at least 100 with, at least, 22 in listening, 24
in reading, 24 in speaking and 25 in writing.
A minimum IELTS (academic) score of 6.5 with at least 6.5 in listening and
reading and at least 6.0 in writing and speaking.
