What must your resume contain?

-Recruiters spend in average 6 seconds reviewing a resume before making the


initial decision. They look at:
-

Name, current title and company


Current position, start and end dates
Previous title and company, but also start and end dates

-Job history and skills have to be easily accessible


-Job hoppers are fast eliminated, but also who have typos in their presentations
-Create a business like e-mail address (avoid addresses like
sexymamasita89@yahoo.com)

- Double, triple check your contact details
- Use reverse chronological order its faster to see what the candidate is
doing now
- Describe a bit the companies you worked for being a director of a huge
company means something different than a director at a small company
- Do not list achievements in dense blocks of text
- White space draws the readers eye to important points
- Do not use crazy fonts or colors
- Do not mark references upon request
