Byron.-Good morning mister.

Santiago.- Hello. Good morning, please to
seat, well start to your
resume. I have
understood you were born in Quito.
Byron.- Yes I was born in Quito but I live
lived in Riobamba for about 3 months
Santiago.- Ok. Then you should know our
offices in Quito.
Byron.- Of course! I worked there but
moved to town.
Santiago.- You have experience in this
kind of work?
Byron.- I have experience in accounting
because I worked two years as an
accountant in a bank and speak two
languages

work?
Byron.- I have a positive attitude towards
work I also have ease of communication
and I like working in a team.
Santiago.-How do you handle stress and
pressure?
Byron.- I keep calm. I do not devolved me
of what I'm doing and I do it as quickly as
possible
Santiago.- would your last boss say about
you?
Byron.- I think he would say that I was a
very hard worker, responsible and very
friendly with everyone

for us ?
Wilmer.- I like the progress of your
business. I'm sure II will be a good seller
and I think my interaction with customers
help in the sale of their products
Santiago.- Now. Tell me about yourself?
Wilmer.- I am a person would be
responsible, demanding dedicated to my
work. I am always looking for challenges
and new learning.

Santiago.- You have work experience?

Wilmer.- Of course! I worked one year at a
mall but I had to leave work to continue my
studies.
Santiago.- Then you are studying?
Wilmer.- I just finished my studies in
marketing and now I think to put into
practice what I have learned
Santiago.- What are your strengths?
Wilmer.- Im really organized, punctual
and get along well with others

Wilmer.- I like the teamwork in addition to
carrying a good relationship with my
colleagues and also with customers
Santiago.- Do you speak English ?
Wilmer.- Yes. I speak English and Spanish
and I think that my ability to speak several
languages would be a great asset for your
