Introduction and
General Q&A

Morning practices are different for everyone, since around dawntime, you switch from lunar to solar
mind.
Perfect times for meditation are Sunrise(air element), sunset(Earth element) and midnight(water
element).
To make conscious consumption of food and drink easier when youre with other people, either;
Affirm yourself what you consume is your virtue in solid or liquid form (i.e. Rice as crumbles of success on your plate)
Be aware of the food and drink in your mouth as you eat (this charges it with your consciousness, sweetening the taste)

Your understanding of each practice grows as you discover simple and better ways to practice the
practice.
Focusing on the blackness of your eyelids brings you to the moment and prepare you for Step 2
practices.
There are micro and macrothoughts. First is everyday thoughts, second are from your past,
childhood, etc.
Once youre through macro, mind will be silent for a while and real challenge starts with micro
thoughts.
Microthoughts can cause anxiety depending on intensity of emotion attached to it. Chamomile tea
is good.
Dealing with microthoughts prepares you for introspection, retrospection & soul mirror practices
(Step 2).
Meditation isnt always sitting cross-legged. Frankincense or myrrh, resin or incense sticks calm the
mind.

Introduction and
General Q&A

DESO are the 4 Chemicals I mentioned during the chat, you can read more about them
here.

Here are the 4 Seasons of the day. No one asked the Akasha. At our level it is no use to
us, so its fine.
05:00 am - 07:00 am:Air element of the day
11:00 am - 01:00 pm:Fire element of the day
05:00 pm - 07:00 pm:Earth element of the day
11:00 pm - 01:00 am:Water element of the day
Actual 4 Seasons only positively affect your meditation like the weather does (rain,
sunlight, etc.)
If you did not get your daily 6 hour sleep, do not be awake at 3-5 am. Thats when
energy enters into liver.
If you meditate at the same hour everyday, your magnetic body cycle gets used to it
(forgot to mention).
Waking up early at dawn requires discipline, going to bed requires an iron will. 10 - 8
pm are best for bed.
Drink 8 - 12 glasses of water everyday. Make sure pH level is at least 7.6, if its above 9
its perfect.

Introduction and
General Q&A

Breath follows mind, mind follows breath. Use this to your adventage. Slow
down breathing to calm mind.
Become aware of your breath to practice TO. Breathing is the only thing
happening in you every moment.
For Rest: Inhale through nose, exhale through mouth slowly. Keep this up as
long as possible.
For Awareness: Inhale and exhale as you feel yourself absorbing the air in
your mouth.
For Calming Down: Inhale and exhale as slowly as possible (without holding
breath in between).
Aim here is to gradually increase the activity in the brain, by raising the
oxygen level capacity it can hold.
If you do any yoga, you dont have to switch to Bardons suggestion of 4-4-4.
It is not necessary to switch.
It will however be necessary to have a core practice which expands your
consciousness. If you dont know any, I will give you one next week and
explain the necessity of it.
