 In the following presentation we will show the two

companies visited in Hermosillo, talk a little about
the two companies and their production processes.

 Our first visit was to the company LEAR.

Arriving at 9am Hermosillo directly to the visit,
where we observed the manufacture of car
seats that are distributed to FORD FORD
company, among others ..

 Lear Corporation was the first seating manufacturer in

the industry to introduce a common, seat architecture.
They work with all of the world's automakers by
supplying structures for programs ranging from the
highest volume car and truck platforms to specialty
applications for premium and performance vehicles

Modular Structure Rear (MRS)

New strategy Lear common structure for
second and third row seats. The innovative
design
MRS
allows
the
exchange
of
components across multiple vehicle platforms,
while remaining flexible enough to provide a
solution tailored to the needs of the brand,
segment, and consumption of each OEM.

Alternative materials
Lear uses alternative, materials such as
magnesium, to provide different strength
characteristics weight to design flexibility.

 The area of the company LEAR assembly, our

team did not enter because of time, but the
comments of our colleagues that if they could
get into the box made per seat, all parts made
in other departments join them there for the
final product

 Ending our visit in the company LEAR, the next

was in the company BIMBO where they could
observe the process of various products, the
company was very strict in matters of personal
protection as food product is handled and will
prohibit using several things.

 On December 2, 1945 opens the first production

Bakery Bimbo SA, located in the Santa Mara
Insurgentes, Mexico City. The facility had a local
office, a patio, a wine cellar and a production hall
which now could be seen as rudimentary as some
operations were done manually, even molds were
culled based on certain energy blows.

 The first products of teddy Bimbo, the largest

bread, the boy bread and toast, took to the 15
hours of the December 2nd. The black bread
began to be made until January 1946 and by
the end of next year was released pound
cakes line. For distribution in bakeries, bread
outlets, grocery and convenience stores, 10
trucks that supplied only to the Federal District
were used.

 Today, we are the largest company in the

world Bakery for brand positioning, volume of
production and sales, we are also the
undisputed leader in our industry in Mexico,
Latin America and the United States.
We have presence in 22 countries in America,
Asia and Europe, has over 10,000 products
and over 100 prestigious brands.

 In recent years, we have strengthened

 As finding can observe the processes that

take place in these two companies as
they are important for our career.
The 2 companies show the types of
processes they manage and the rules
that they managed to carry out a check

 handled with enough quality, and compliance

with ISO standards such as what we had seen
before in different classes.
We note quality to process any product,
machinery or manually.
Thanks to the teachers for these visits, we were
served to observe the automotive industries in
order to practice later.
