Bracket (HD1500-5)

Improvement :

LH bracket P/N EH3689 has replaced by

new P/N EK7138.
RH bracket P/N EJ1214 has replaced by
new P/N EK7489.
Description :

Action/activity :

LH & RH rear engine mount

bracket crack on welding area

Replace cracking bracket :

a. LH side bracket P/N EK7138
b. RH side bracket P/N EK7489

Oil Leak from Rear Hose Brake
Cooling (HD1500-5 & 530M)

Improvement :

LH hose P/N HA7306 has replaced by

new P/N HA8325.
RH bracket P/N HA7307 has replaced by
new P/N HA8326.
Description :

Action/activity :

Some trucks may experience

leakage at the end fittings or
clamped portion of the rear
brake cooling hoses.

Replace old piping kit with new piping

kit P/N EM5226, base on PSN AA06110A
and FC 7H032-1 (FC exclude 530M)

Oil leakage from Front Hose
Brake Cooling (HD1500, 530M)

Improvement :

LH & RH hose P/N HA7440 & HA7441

have replaced by new P/N HA8106.
Description :

Action/activity :

Some trucks may experience

leakage at the end fittings or
clamped portion of the front
brake cooling hoses.

Replace old piping kit with new piping

kit P/N XK0373, base on PSN AA06085
and FC 6H026-1 (FC exclude 530M)

Rear brake cooling filter tube
crack (HD1500-5 & 530M)

Improvement :

Rear brake cooling filter tube P/N

EF7130 has replaced by new P/N
EM4477.
Description :

Action/activity :

Some trucks in the field

leakage from brake cooling
filter tube because welds
cracking on the filter tube.

Replace old rear brake cooling filter tube

with new tube P/N EM4477, base on PSN
AA07017 and FC 7H005-1 (FC exclude
530M).

Brake accumulator tube leak
(HD1500-5 & 530M)

Improvement :

Accumulator tube P/N EJ1981 has

replaced by new P/N EM2201.
Description :

Action/activity :

Some trucks may experience

leakage near the connection
point of the tube to the fitting
at the brake manifold.

Replace old piping kit with new piping

kit P/N XK0461, base on PSN AA06105
and FC 6H028-1

Improvement :

HD1500-5 (kit P/N XK0529)

LH flex tube P/N EH1524 has replaced
by new P/N EM2817.
RH flex tube P/N EH1523 has replaced
by new P/N EM6356.
530M (kit P/N XK0631)
LH flex tube P/N EF5351 has replaced
by new P/N EL7189.
RH flex tube P/N EF5352 has replaced
by new P/N EL7188.
Description :

Action/activity :

Some trucks in operation may

experience cracking of the
flexible exhaust tubes that
are connected to the turbo.

Replace old flex tube kit with new flex

tube kit P/N XK0529, base on PSN
AA07114A and FC 7H025-1 (FC exclude
530M)

Transmitter fuel gauge gasket
& mud flap (HD1500 & 530M)

Description :

Some trucks has experience

fuel leakage from transmitter
and mud flap may become
distorted or curl, which allows
mud and debris come inside.

Improvement :

Gasket P/N VW1231 has replaced by

new P/N PC2323 (for HD1500-5 &
530M).
Mud Flap P/N EG0594 has replaced by
new P/N EL3328 (for HD1500-5).
Action/activity :

Replace old gasket kit with new kit P/N

XK0525 (PSN AA07010 & FC 7H006-1)
Replace old mud flap kit with new kit P/N
XK0625 (PSN AA07108 & FC 7H021-1)

premature worn out of the AC
belt.

Transmission sight gauge tube P/N

EH3049 has replaced by new P/N
EM3557.
Description :

Action/activity :

Some trucks in the field

leakage from oil level tube
because welds cracking on
the oil level tube.

Replace old sight gauge tube with new

sight gauge tube P/N EM3557, base on
PSN AA07016 & FC 7H007-1 (FC exclude
530M).
