COMPANY PROFILE
ICICI Bank is India's second-largest bank with
total assets of Rs. 3,997.95 billion (US$ 100
billion) at March 31, 2008.
The Bank has a network of about 1,308
branches and 3,950 ATMs in India and a
presence in 18 countries.
ICICI Bank's equity shares are listed in India on
Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the
National Stock Exchange of India Limited and
its American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) are
listed on the New York Stock Exchange
(NYSE).
NEED OF STUDY
To know about how many people get aware
about the savings.

To find choice of investing money in different
schemes & policies.

And collect suggestions and recommends for
further improvement.


OBJECTIVE OF STUDY

To know about the customers perception about
CASA &FD;

To find out the knowledge of customers about
the various product offerings of ICICI Bank.

STATATICAL ANALYSIS : Percentage Analysis,
Pie Charts
FINDINGS
Ø Out of 100 (72 no of people don’t have any
type of bank account and 28 no people are
used.)
Ø
Ø Mostly Student and house wife are don’t have
their own account.
Ø
Ø Out of 100 (69 no of people think that FD is
more secure & profitable way to investment
while 11 no of people think Gold & 19 no of
people prefer Real Estate.)

SUGGESTIONS
ICICI bank has to need to launch some policies
and schemes according to financial conditions
of semi-urban and rural areas person that
they can easily afford.

To give more advertisement and aware the
customers about the various services of account.

  


CONCLUSION
The end of part conclusion comes under the finding
report that most of people don’t have account
due to high maintenance charges.

Banking sector is one of the most booming
sectors in India. The penetration level is so
high and in India less than 30% of
population have bank accounts. There is a
huge market for the banking products in
the future in India.


LIMITATIONS

The study base upon small population like -
100 sample.

The time duration of the study is less then the
expected.
SCOPE OF THE STUDY

This project can be base for students who are
doing project in related area.

It will be helpful for the management to
identify customer segments & developed new
schemes and policies.
