INTRODUCTION
Islam always encourages people to live as a family, especially those who have the abilities in
physical, material, religion and spirituality. Marriage life and living as one family will help someone
achieve perfection in religion as it is a Sunnah of the Prophet. The Prophet will be proud with the amount of
its followers in the marriage relationship that have been approved by Islamic Law.
Married and families are a nature have been granted by Allah since Adam and Hawa as the first
couple made and continuously by all beings. Marriage is a blessing as well as one of the signs of the
greatness of Allah. In addition, one can relay the will of nature in them in accordance with what has been
required by syara' especially in love.
In setting up the family institution, Islam more emphasis to encourage youngsters to marry at an early
age to create social institutions. As a result of this early marriage, families and community will be generated
rapidly and by obeying the Islamic law they will inherit good behaviour. As we know youngsters now a day
easily tempted to word vices and faces more challenges, thus is early marriage will be a good solution?

WHAT IT MEANS OF MARRIAGE IN ISLAM

Marriage, according to languages is gathered and
mixed. According to Islamic terminology is Ijab and Qabul
('aqad) which legalize bestiality between men and women
pronounced by words indicating a marriage certificate, in
accordance with the rules set by Islamic law. The word
zawaj is used in the Quran means couples in the use of
this word means marriage made to human beings to be a
couple as a husband n wife, legalize marriage and banning
adultery. Marriage is a relationship bound between two
recognized person by civil authority and/or bound by
religious beliefs,

THE FACTORS OF YOUNG MARRIAGE

Tensions within the family in this context, the family also considered insistence
increase marriage in young age.

Protection and security aspects of the protection is said to play an important role
because most parents believe their girls will be protected by her husband once
homeless stairs.

Strong economic factor can also be a reason why youth prefers to marry early.

Love to death... talking about love, man can indeed blind. Blind for love. Young
people, prefers not to take turns will be what happens in the future about the lives of
families. This is because generally the love that so powerful to make them hard to get
married early

ADVANTAGES OF GETTING MARRIED AT A YOUNG AGE

Marriage at an early age is good because it will curb a lot of

negative acts from happening among teenagers
Actually marriage can develop a person to be mature when they
have a sense of responsibility to their partner.
When youngsters were coupled, there will be boundaries to avoid,
we cannot deny the feeling to see each other and always wanted to
have time together.
Actually marriage can mature a person when they have a sense of
responsibility with their pairs of marriage.
Early marriage can able the couple to make a family planning in
advance, as they will lead their future together for their family
More responsible
will curb a lot of bad things from happening among teens.
Early marriage will educate them to be more responsible as they
will guide their families themselves

THE NEGATIVE IMPACTS OF YOUNG MARRIAGE

1. its not stable financially

2. The couple immature attitude also the main reason that leads to a case of
divorce.
3. Lack of religious knowledge, especially the nature of marriage is also a
cause of problems in the household
4. In addition, the effect of early marriage can be seen as they do not know
each other well, and they only find out about each other true color after
married
5. household may be breaking out because of lack of knowledge, skill and
preparation in planning the life after marriage
6. When a young married couple thinks they are still single, the mentality of
being single will lead to negative social life

childbirth and thereafter.

The proposed.
1) The authorities such as the Department of Religion, Social Welfare Authorities and NGOs need to
convey a seminar of "happy home" every year. At least twice a year for couples who marry at the
young age so that they will have a better understanding on what is marriage that lead to happiness in
this world and the hereafter.

2) Advisory services/Counseling Services should be free of charge and given to interested parties,
especially young people and those who felt they needed an advice. Normally this service is available
at the Department of Syariah, in the Division of Family Development.

3) The Campaign of "Happy Parents, Happy Children" where the Family Development Division of
the Department of Religion and Welfare hosted the event to attract young married couples, parents
and family members to come, so that they will have a clear view and understood the situation occur
between a young married couple and they can give suitable moral support to make their situations and
live in a better shape. The early married couple with support from the closest people around them will
feel valued and appreciated, as a result, they will strengthen their family relationship.

CONCLUSION
The young marriage, community and government bodies such as
councillors in the Islamic Religious Department and NGOS should be able to play
their role in giving an advice and guidance to couples who marry at the young age.
Furthermore, parents and Ummah should take the role in maintaining and providing
positive advice to this young couple. Human cannot refrain from errors as we are not
perfect, so we need each other to arrange and compile our life correctly. The purpose
of marriage is to organize interaction between men and women and also to create an
atmosphere of love and the beautify life. Lastly, marriage is resolution of Allah SWT
for humans who have suffered to refrain sinful acts, as marriage is one door that bring
benefits to anyone who follow Allahs intention
