§ Basically STAFFING Means RIGHT
PEOPLE at RIGHT POSITION at RIGHT

§ Staffing is the function by which managers
build an organization through the
recruitment , selection, and development
of the individuals as capable employees.
FEATURES OF STAFFING
1.Staffing function is related to employment
of personnel of all types-managerial as
well as operative in the organization.
2.Staffing includes a variety of activities
through which the organization tries to
ensure that various position filled by the
most suitable personnel .
3.Staffing function performed by every
manager in the organization like other
managerial function like Planning,
organizing, directing etc.

§ Staffing can be equated with HR Department
because both are same objectives.
